Thank you for being such great loyal clients!
The founders of Tarrant Business Systems met on Tuesday 11/27/2007 and Friday 11/30/2007, and have signed a preliminary agreement. We hope to have a finalized draft by 12/30/2007, signed by all parties. Tarrant Business structured itself into (2) two new companies: Accel Imaging owned by David Owens and County Image Solutions, Inc. (CIS) owned by Loretta (Lewis) and Lawrance Offutt.
The Fort Worth office at 3221Cleburne Rd. is in the process of being closed down. Our customer base is being divided between the (2) two new companies; we believe this will better serve our clients and their needs. In the event there is a discrepancy, we are using a map to decide which company will handle the account. Fort Worth clients, for example, I-35W will determine which company will handle their account. Those clients east of I-35W including the Dallas area will be serviced by Accel, while those clients west of I-35W including those traditionally handled by the Granbury Regional office will be serviced by CIS. Again, this is for oversights on the preliminary list as it was being prepared. Clients desiring to be serviced by the company other than the one handling their account need only to make the request in writing or contact us for further information.
All technicians will continue to be dispatched from their home offices throughout North Texas. As we will be working together to take care of all leases and service agreements, which will remain in effect just as they did with TBS. Your payments will be posted to your account(s) and we will provide a statement showing payment(s) upon request. Your next invoice(s) will have our new company name and contact information. Your account will be handled just as always. Please make the necessary name changes in your records.
